Withdrawal & Refund Policy

As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, without giving a reason.

Because a generation pack is a digital service that starts immediately, we ask you at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge the consequences.

Before checkout you must actively tick: "I request AINARX to start providing the digital service immediately during the statutory withdrawal period. I understand that, if I withdraw, I may have to pay for the part of the service already provided and that, where legally applicable, my right of withdrawal may end once the service has been fully performed."

The checkbox is never pre-ticked, and we store the consent, its timestamp, version and language with your purchase as evidence.

If you withdraw within the withdrawal period and generations have not been used, we refund the amount paid.

If you already used part of the generations, a proportionate amount for the part already provided may be deducted.

Where the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

We do not apply a blanket "no refunds" rule, and your statutory rights always remain intact.

Provide your email address and, if you know it, the order/Stripe reference. A reason is optional.

You receive an on-screen confirmation with a reference and the submission date and time.

Requests are reviewed manually. Submitting a request does not automatically refund a payment or remove generation credits.

We aim to respond without undue delay and, where a refund is due, to process it within 14 days of the accepted withdrawal, using the original payment method via Stripe.

If a generation fails technically, the generation is returned to your balance automatically. If something still went wrong, contact hello@ainarx.com.
