AINARX is an AI creative platform that helps users create digital content from product information, images, branding assets, uploaded media and creative preferences.

AINARX currently offers three creation tools: Social Posts, Video Ads and Product UGC.

Current functionality may include AI-generated images, social media designs, captions, hashtags, ad videos and UGC-style videos with AI-generated speech.

Additional creation tools may be added, changed or removed over time.

You need an account to use creation features and manage AINARX Credits.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure and notifying AINARX if you reasonably suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not create multiple accounts or otherwise manipulate the service in order to obtain additional free credits, promotions or other benefits.

AINARX may apply reasonable restrictions or suspend access where there is credible evidence of fraud, abuse, security risks or serious violations of these Terms.

AINARX uses one shared credit balance across its creation tools.

Credits may be received through a free introductory allocation, purchased credit packs or other promotions made available by AINARX.

The current credit packs, prices and amounts shown in the service at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.

Current credit packs are:

Starter — 2500 Credits — €7.99

Creator — 6000 Credits — €15.99

Pro — 15000 Credits — €29.99

Business — 25000 Credits — €49.99

Current creation costs are shown in each available creation tool:

Social Posts — 500 Credits

Video Ads — the displayed cost depends on the selected duration

Product UGC — the displayed cost depends on the selected duration and quality

The applicable credit cost is always shown before you start a paid creation.

Purchased AINARX Credits currently do not expire. This is not a guarantee that AINARX or any individual creation tool will remain available indefinitely.

AINARX may change credit pack prices or creation costs in the future. Any applicable price or credit cost will be shown before the relevant purchase or paid creation takes place.

Your available credit balance and credit deductions are calculated and enforced by AINARX systems.

Credits are not legal tender, electronic money or a bank balance. They cannot be transferred between users or exchanged for cash unless AINARX explicitly states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.

Eligible new users may receive 500 free credits.

This introductory allocation is currently enough for one standard Social Posts generation.

Free credits are normally limited to one allocation per eligible user.

Creating additional accounts, providing misleading information or attempting to circumvent eligibility controls in order to obtain additional free credits is prohibited.

AINARX may withhold or withdraw promotional credits where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or fraud, subject to applicable law.

A standard Social Posts generation currently costs 500 credits.

A successful standard generation currently produces up to 3 AI-generated designs, together with supporting content such as captions and hashtags where offered.

Credits are deducted according to the generation flow shown in the service.

If a generation fails in circumstances where AINARX's system determines that a refund is appropriate, the relevant credits are restored to the user's balance according to the service's refund logic.

Retries or recovery attempts explicitly presented by AINARX as free do not consume additional credits.

If a feature such as New Variant is presented as a new paid generation, the applicable credit cost must be shown before the user starts it.

Refreshing captions or hashtags does not consume additional credits where the interface indicates that the refresh is included. Reasonable limits may apply to prevent abuse or excessive automated use.

Video Ads creates an AI-generated cinematic product advertisement from a product image you upload and the format and duration you select. AINARX automatically develops the creative direction and generates three unique product shots, from which you select your preferred shot before video generation.

One clear product image is required.

Video Ads are generated without audio. You may add your own music, voice-over or sound effects after downloading your video.

Video Ads are offered in 1080p Full HD.

The credit cost of a Video Ad depends on the selected duration and is shown before you start the generation.

The video is generated by a third-party AI video provider. Your uploaded product image, selected AI-generated starting frame and generation instructions are sent to that provider for this purpose.

AI video generation may take different amounts of time depending on the generation and the availability or processing time of the third-party provider.

If a generation fails or cannot be completed and AINARX’s system determines that a refund is appropriate, the credits charged for that generation are restored to your AINARX balance in accordance with the service’s refund logic.

The number of concurrent video generations per user may be limited to keep the service reliable.

Product UGC creates a short AI-generated UGC-style video in which a creator presents your product.

A Product UGC generation may use the following inputs:

a product image you upload;

product information you provide;

a creator you select from the AINARX Creator Library, or a creator or person image you upload yourself;

a UGC style;

a language;

automatically generated or self-written (CUSTOM) instructions for the spoken content;

a duration;

a quality setting.

The result is an AI-generated video with AI-generated speech or audio.

AINARX does not clone the voice of a real person: the speech in the video is AI-generated and is not intended to reproduce the voice of an uploaded person.

The credit cost depends on the selected duration and quality and is shown before you start the generation.

Self-written instructions may be limited in length and are rejected where they exceed the permitted length, so that they are never partially used.

If you upload an image of a person, section 7a applies.

AINARX may offer reusable creator or reference images that you can select for Product UGC (the AINARX Creator Library).

These images remain owned by AINARX or the relevant rights holders. Selecting a creator does not give you ownership of, or an independent licence to, the underlying creator image.

You may use the generated output subject to these Terms, applicable law and any applicable third-party provider restrictions.

AINARX may add, change or remove creators. Removing or deactivating a creator does not affect videos you generated earlier.

"Upload your own" is separate from the Creator Library: for that, your own rights and permissions apply as set out in section 7a.

AINARX uses artificial intelligence systems. AI output is probabilistic and may vary between requests, including with identical inputs.

This applies to all AINARX output: images, videos, generated speech and audio, captions, hashtags, scripts, the depiction of your product, branding and text rendered on screen.

AINARX does not guarantee perfect visual likeness of your product, physically realistic motion, exact pronunciation or verbatim delivery of a script, factual accuracy, uniqueness, commercial results, or acceptance by any advertising, marketplace or social media platform.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing or otherwise using it.

This includes checking, where relevant, product claims, prices, dates, spelling, captions, hashtags, scripts, spoken words, logos, branding, text rendered on screen, intellectual-property issues and compliance with applicable advertising or consumer laws.

This section does not limit statutory conformity rights or mandatory consumer protections.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions for content you upload, submit or otherwise provide through AINARX.

This may include product photographs, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, images of people and other media.

You may not use AINARX to create, upload or distribute content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

You remain responsible for how you use content created through AINARX.

Subject to these Terms, applicable law and any applicable third-party provider restrictions, you may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes.

AINARX does not guarantee that AI-generated output is eligible for copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property protection.

If you upload an image showing an identifiable person, you must hold the rights, permissions and consents required under applicable law to upload that image and use it for AI-generated content.

This may include portrait rights, personality rights and privacy-law consent.

You may not upload or use another person's image for AI generation without the required rights or permission.

If the person shown is a minor, additional legal requirements apply and you may not use the image without the consent required by law.

The Product UGC flow may ask you to confirm, before generation, that you hold the required rights and permissions. Without that confirmation the generation is not started and no credits are charged.

This confirmation is a condition of using the feature. Ticking it does not prove that valid consent actually exists: you remain responsible for the rights and permissions.

AINARX may restrict content or access where there is reasonable evidence that images of people are being used without the required rights.

You may not use AINARX to:

infringe intellectual-property rights;

infringe privacy, portrait, likeness or personality rights;

impersonate or misleadingly depict a real person without the required rights or permission;

create or distribute unlawful content;

use third-party media for which you do not hold the required rights.

In cases of serious or repeated violations, AINARX may restrict, suspend or terminate access, subject to applicable law.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

AINARX does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Purchased credits are added to your AINARX balance only after payment has been successfully confirmed through the applicable payment process.

AINARX may delay or withhold credit allocation where a payment is incomplete, cancelled, disputed, reversed, fraudulent or not successfully verified.

The price displayed at checkout applies to that transaction.

Applicable taxes are handled as required by law.

Duplicate payment notifications or repeated success-page requests must not result in duplicate credit allocation.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions and specific rules for services and digital content.

Where AINARX begins supplying a digital service or digital functionality during an applicable withdrawal period, AINARX may request the consumer's express request or consent for immediate performance and any acknowledgement required by applicable law.

The consequences for the statutory withdrawal right depend on the type of purchase, how and when performance begins, and applicable consumer law.

Full details concerning withdrawal, cancellations and refunds are provided in the separate Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

A technical failure of an individual generation may also result in an automatic credit refund where the AINARX system determines that the generation should not have been charged.

A generation that completes technically but produces an AI result you subjectively dislike is not treated as a technical generation failure for automatic credit-refund purposes. This does not limit your mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights.

Nothing in this section limits statutory remedies where a digital product or service does not conform to applicable consumer-law requirements.

AINARX aims to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, third-party provider outages, infrastructure issues, security incidents or other technical problems.

AINARX may update, improve, replace or discontinue individual features.

Where a change affects existing paid consumer rights, mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.

AINARX may use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service, its infrastructure and its users.

These measures may include rate limits, anti-fraud controls, restrictions on repeated refresh or retry functionality, account restrictions and suspension in serious cases.

Such measures are intended to prevent abuse and maintain service reliability and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

The AINARX website, software, interface, branding, logos, designs and other proprietary materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AINARX software, technology, branding or other proprietary materials to you.

Your use of generated content is addressed in Section 7.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer protections remain fully applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, AINARX is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a user's failure to review AI-generated content before publication or use.

AINARX does not guarantee commercial performance, engagement, sales, advertising approval, social-media reach or other business results from generated content.

You may stop using AINARX at any time.

AINARX may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, serious abuse, security risks, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms.

Where legally required, suspension or termination will not remove rights relating to previously purchased credits, refunds or other statutory remedies.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of habitual residence.

AINARX may update these Terms when the service, functionality, pricing or applicable legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.

Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to transactions that have already taken place.
