AINARX turns the brief you provide (product, audience, style, branding and optional uploads) into AI-generated social media designs together with a caption and hashtags.

Company details: KvK [KVK NUMBER], registered address [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS], VAT [VAT NUMBER] where applicable.

You need an account to generate. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Where a free first generation is offered, it is limited to one per account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free generations, or otherwise abusing the service, is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

One generation produces up to 3 designs.

Generation packs are one-time purchases; the current packs, prices and generation amounts are the ones shown on the Generation packs page at the moment of purchase.

Using "New variant" creates a new set of designs and consumes exactly 1 generation.

Refreshing your caption or hashtags does not consume a generation. To keep costs and abuse in check, these refreshes are limited per generation; the applicable limit is shown in the app when reached.

Your balance is calculated and enforced on our servers.

AI output varies: the same brief can produce different results, and we cannot guarantee that output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose.

You must review generated designs, captions and hashtags before publishing or using them, including any prices, dates, claims and text rendered in the image.

You are responsible for having the rights to any product images, logos, brand names, text and other material you upload or enter.

You may not use AINARX for unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the generated results, including commercially, only insofar as permitted by applicable law and by the terms of the AI providers used to create the output.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AINARX does not receive or store your card details.

Generations are credited after Stripe confirms the payment.

See our Withdrawal & Refund Policy. Consumers keep all statutory rights; we do not apply a blanket "no refunds" rule.

We aim to keep AINARX available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, third-party provider issues or incidents may cause downtime.

We may apply reasonable measures against abuse, fraud and excessive use, including rate limits and, in serious cases, suspension of an account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and mandatory consumer protection rights are never excluded.

Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence.
